Usage instructions:
- Simply add one sachet of Optifast Chocolate Candy to 200ml of cold water
- Mix it vigorously using a whisk or fork, or shake it in your Optifast shaker.
- Leave it to set for 5 minutes, preferably in the refrigerator.
- Keep covered in the refrigerator (below 4°C). Use within 24 hours.
Warnings and precautions:
- Do not use Optifast VLCD if/you have:
- pregnant or breastfeeding
- Your body mass index is less than 25 kg/m².
- Children under 18 years of age
- Use with caution in the following cases:
- Acute cardiovascular diseases (heart attack or angina)
- Kidney, liver, or gallbladder diseases.
- Porphyria, type 1 diabetes, overt psychosis, gout.
- Age > 65 years
- Allergy warning: Contains milk, fish and soy.
- Contains phenylalanine (not to be used by people with phenylketonuria).
