Place the ice pack flat on top of your home refrigerator for at least two to four hours.
Then immediately place it in the appropriate and designated place for the ice bag inside the insulin bag.
If left in the refrigerator for more than 4 hours, leave it at room temperature for 5 to 10 minutes before use.
The box contains two pills.
