Holister Conform is a medical device specifically designed for colostomy, ileostomy, and urostomy. It is a two-piece system for use with two Conform pouches.
A square board with rounded corners, maximum flexibility and adaptability to the body's contours, for comfort and grip, against the risk of slippage.
It can be cut from 13 mm, providing greater adaptability to irregular gaps.
A self-supporting protective barrier of varying thickness, highly flexible, with thickness decreasing from the center to the edges.
FlexWear hydrocolloid, with high resistance for longer life in use, is corrosion-resistant, maintains its shape even in the presence of liquids and ensures maximum protection in the peristaltic area.
Hollister's synthetic adhesive is present on both sides, facilitates application, ensures immediate adhesion, and improves safety in use.
A transparent protective layer with a tab and cutting guide, to facilitate the inspection, preparation and application of the hydrocolloid.
The floating rim (a Hollister Incorporated patent) with its Center Point Lock coupling mechanism is designed for painless application without pressure on the abdomen, making the pouch plate system less rigid and more comfortable. Its ultra-thin design allows for maximum freedom of movement. The "click" that confirms the coupling mechanism is locked ensures absolute security.
The painting consists of the following parts:

- - PE flange with Saranx (floating) support;
- - Protective film;
- - Hollister synthetic adhesive;
- - A polymeric hydrocolloidal support layer.
- Free from latex, DEHP, DBP, and BBP.
